Last night I went 2 the opening for the Harry Allen’s Exhibition in Chelsea @ EyeJammie. We had a blast just checking out the vintage photos from the early days of Hip Hop. He definitely had a pulse 4 what was poppin’ at the time. As I chatted with Harry, he mentioned wanting 2 get back into photography hardcore. As a journalist + activist + photographer, Mr. Allen has truly captured a storybook tale of Hip Hop history. I look forward 2 seeing him continue to do his thing. A special shout out 2 Todd & Free Magazine. Ya’ll had a slammin’ function last night…

MTV Jams is kicking off an amazing new show called hoodFab, guaranteed to test your knowledge on hip hop and R&B facts.
The show will air next Monday, July 2nd on MTV Jams (check your local listings for channel info) hosted by MTV Director of Music & Talent, Buttahman.
Contestants will be selected off the street and tested on the spot with a few guest appearances along the way… BUT here’s the kick–viewers at home can also chime in by sending in a text message using their mobile phones and enter to win some of the same prizes as those on the show.
