I went to a screening of this film last night. The special effects are crazy…. I felt like a little kid again. Definitelty a film worth checking out this Summer. Make sure that you see it in IMAX. -!YG

Most of us have been waiting for P.S.1 to get their Summer programming popping. Sunday is the day that the Summer official “pops” ( in the words of Mr. Romero). P.S.1 is having their opening celebration for the winners of the Young Architects Program. The event is from 12noon to 6pm and should be a good time. -!YG

No words can describe how inspirational this man and his art is to me as young afropolitian. I can’t wait to visit the exhibition this week and see Yinka’s work with my own eyes. I was reading the NY Times piece on him and it provided significant insight into his incredible career. For one, I never knew he was handicapped or down with the YBAs. You learn something new everyday…. -!YG
