Shout out to Toure for penning a very interesting piece about Oaks Bluff on Martha’s Vineyard. I’ve been to the vineyard a couple of times, but never had a pleasure of hanging out in Oaks Bluff. I’m curious to hear feedback for my peeps who have spent time up on the vineyard in the summer about this piece. I think I’ll always be a South of France kind of cat… lol! -!YG

A few weeks ago, a group of friends and I hit up this spot in Chelsea for tapas. Txikito is a Spanish tapas restaurant with a twist. Dining @ Txikito gave me flash backs to my numerous visits to Barcelona.

There are no words to really describe this Belgian Beer….. Only YUM! Lambic Beers are great with any meal due to the sweetness of the different fruits used to produce them. Lambic Beers also come in Peach, Apple, Grape… etc. Imagine cooking with this beer. -!YG

I found a really interesting video about Veuve & their production process to harvest grapes. The video reminded me of my trip to Reims & Ephernay. If you are in Paris….. make it a point to take a day trip to the Champagne region. You will find it to be very educational. -!YG
