Tonight I went to a reception for the Elements Showcase in the city. The showcase highlights a variety of independent frangrance companies who display their wears for the new year. The evening was definitely a lesson in Olfaction. I think I’ve found my new obessions. This is a new soap that I’ve decide to give a try. If you are like me, the winter reeks havoc on my skin. Especially traveling from tropical to arctic temperatures, it is important for the fellas to be proactive in maintaining their sexy. Nothing soft about taking care of your body. -!YG
Joy & I went to check out Bacchae @ Central Park last night. Bacchae is part of the Shakespeare in the park theater series and stars Anthony Mackie (of Hurt Locker fame). Overall the production was pretty good and we were actually able to understand a majority of the dialogue….( Greek tragedies can get a little complex lol!) I will keep it 100 though…… the first 15 mins. of the show was a little boring, but it picks up and by the end is moving on all cylinders.
What I’m really looking forward to is the next production from the Public Theater – Othello. Othello will star Philip Seymour Hoffman (as Iago) and starts Sept 12th. -!YG
Hova is @ it again! Hov is quietly stacking paper with another deal to launch branded fragrances (Kanye + RiRi). This licensing agreement is another notch in Hov’s ever growing business portfolio. I’m curious to see how this plan is rolled out. Will these fragrances be the next Unforgiveable or truly Forgettable? Stay tuned! – !YG
